Nope No Hugs Crewneck Fundraiser Shirt for Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Vancouver General Hospital

These shirts have been created as a fundraiser for a dear friend of ours. In 2023 & 2024 She was diagnosed with Chronic MyLeod Leukaemia. She underwent a long and gruelling 7 months away from her family where she underwent treatment after treatment. Part of that treatment was stem cell transplants and an incredible 57 units of blood products. All of this has left her with a weak immune system so hugging is out of the question. There has been a blood drive organized in honour of her and a fundraiser. Proceeds from these shirt sales will go directly to the BMT unit to the Patient Care Fund.( $8.00 ) at Vancouver General Hospital in Vancouver BC Canada. This fund is used by staff to help ensure patients receive all the extras during their stay such as special meals ( who likes hospital food yuck ), things like popsicles for those having issues with sore mouths from chemo etc. Anything extra the patients might need or want to help make their treatment times and stays as comfortable as possible.
