**OutlawCowboyStore Shipping Policy**

Thank you for visiting and shopping at OutlawCowboyStore. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

**Shipping Processing Time**

- We strive to have orders processed within 1-2 business days. 
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We offer a variety of products and as such our suppliers are located both in Canada and the United States. We do not carry inventory at our business location. 

**Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**

- We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all domestic orders.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-14  business days.
- Shipment costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**Shipping to the United States**

- We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States.
- Shipping fees for US orders will vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time for international orders: 7-21 business days.

**Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**

- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**

- OutlawCowboyStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the buyer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**Damages**

- Outlaw Cowboy Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you would like assistance in doing so, we are more then happy to help. 
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
